tk11 Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the tk11 platform and all related services. "Platform" refers to tk11's website, mobile app and other digital channels. "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has registered on or is using this platform.

By accessing tk11, the user confirms that they have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them. If any user does not agree with any part of these Terms, they should stop using this platform.

To become a member of tk11, registration must be completed with accurate and complete information. The name, mobile number and date of birth provided during registration must be truthful.

2.1 One Person, One Account

Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address or payment method is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Verification

tk11 may request a national ID card, passport or other documents at any time for identity verification. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified time may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.

2.3 Account Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing login details with third parties or transferring an account is prohibited. If someone has accessed your account without authorisation, you must notify the tk11 support team immediately.

The minimum age to register on tk11 is 21 years. Anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the platform.

At the time of account registration, the user confirms that they are 21 years of age or older. If tk11 establishes that a user is a minor, their account will be closed immediately and any pending withdrawal requests will be considered void.

Furthermore, accessing tk11 or registering from regions where online gaming and betting is legally prohibited is not permitted. The user is solely responsible for complying with local laws applicable to their location.

The following payment methods can be used to deposit and withdraw funds on tk11: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

4.1 Minimum Amounts

The minimum amount for each deposit is ৳200. The minimum amount for withdrawals is ৳500. Deposit or withdrawal requests below these limits will not be accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Process

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. The account must be verified before a withdrawal can be made, and it is recommended that the deposit method and withdrawal method be the same.

4.3 Suspicious Transactions

If any transaction appears unusual or suspicious, tk11 reserves the right to temporarily hold that transaction and request additional verification. Any account found to be involved in money laundering or fraudulent activity will be closed immediately and the relevant authorities will be notified.

New members on tk11 receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The following conditions must be met to receive the bonus.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

The bonus amount received must be wagered 15 times before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, if someone deposits ৳1,000 they will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and the total balance will be ৳2,500; to withdraw, they must wager ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

If multiple accounts are used to obtain bonuses, false information is provided, or any attempt is made to exploit the system through other means, all bonuses on that account will be cancelled and the account may be closed.

5.3 Promotion Validity

Each promotion has a set validity period. Once the period ends, the related bonus or offer will be automatically cancelled. tk11 reserves the right to change or discontinue any promotion without prior notice.

All betting and gaming activities on tk11 are conducted fairly and transparently. Users can enjoy casino games, sports betting and other available services.

6.1 Bet Validity

A bet will only be considered valid once the system has successfully confirmed it. If a bet is not properly registered due to a technical issue, that bet will be considered void and the staked amount will be refunded.

6.2 Fraud and Unfair Conduct

Any form of cheating, use of bots, attempts to manipulate the system with software, or organised dishonest conduct is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and funds may be forfeited.

6.3 Odds and Results

Odds displayed on tk11 are subject to change and depend on market conditions. The odds shown at the moment a bet is placed will be considered final. The decision of the relevant sports authority is considered final in determining the result of a match.

tk11 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for any of the following reasons:

• Violating any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability.
• Abusive or harassing behaviour toward other users.

Users may also request closure of their own account at any time. Following such a request, any balance remaining in the account will be eligible for return, subject to the Terms.

tk11 believes that gaming is a form of entertainment, not a solution to financial problems. We are committed to ensuring responsible gaming. Users can set deposit limits, betting limits and use self-exclusion features to protect themselves.

If a dispute arises between tk11 and a user, both parties will first attempt to resolve it through discussion. For this, the user must inform the tk11 support team of the details of the dispute.

10.1 Filing a Complaint

Any complaint must be submitted in writing through the support team within 30 days of the incident. Complaints submitted after this period may not be accepted.

10.2 tk11's Decision

tk11 reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be considered effective from the moment they are published on this page.

For significant changes, registered users will be notified by email where possible. However, it is the user's own responsibility to stay informed about the latest version of the Terms. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the revised Terms.
